What we collect
When you use Fridge Roast, we process the fridge photo you choose to upload, the request needed to create your roast and meal ideas, and the account and subscription information needed to operate your plan. Please avoid uploading photos that contain people, documents, addresses, or other private information.
Photo handling and deletion
A photo is stored only long enough to process your roast. After the request finishes—whether it succeeds or fails—Fridge Roast deletes the uploaded photo from its application storage. We do not keep a gallery of your fridge photos. Your roast result is returned to your browser and is not saved as a Fridge Roast profile history.
AI and third-party processing
We send the selected photo and a narrowly scoped instruction to our AI vision provider so it can identify visible food and generate the roast and meal ideas. We do not use your photos or prompts to train Fridge Roast models. Provider-side retention and training controls are governed by that provider's applicable business/API terms and settings.
Account, payments, and service providers
We use service providers for authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing, and subscription checkout/fulfillment. These providers may process limited information only to provide their services to us. Payments are processed by the MadeThis platform and its payment partners; Fridge Roast does not store full card numbers.
Your choices
You can stop uploading photos at any time and can contact us to ask about your account or data. We may retain limited account, billing, security, and usage records as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
